These terms cover the CurioLuma portal and personalised colouring books supplied as personalised printed books. This is an English translation of the Slovenian terms; the contract language is Slovenian.

2. What CurioLuma offers
We create individual colouring illustrations from your photographs and/or description. Website examples show what can be created and are not a catalogue of ready-made designs. The finished product is personalised according to your information and instructions.
3. The initial form is not a paid order
Your initial request saves the information needed for one reduced-resolution, watermarked sample. No payment is taken and you are not committed to purchasing. The terms of any subsequent paid order are recorded in the system. Your private order page remains accessible through its personal link for the link’s validity period.
4. How an order works
- Choose your illustration count and number of identical printed copies, fill in the form and submit your material.
- We normally prepare a protected sample within the timeframe confirmed with your order.
- Review it on your private page, approve it or contact us with comments. The offer includes 1 sample revision(s).
- Paid production is offered only after sample approval. The payment button clearly indicates an obligation to pay.
- We produce the agreed final product after successful payment.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. The final price shown before paid production applies. Prices include VAT when applicable; delivery charges are shown before payment. Payment takes place securely through Stripe when payment is enabled. We do not receive your card details.
Online payment is not currently enabled. The initial sample request remains free and creates no payment obligation.
6. Production and delivery
After sample approval and payment, printed books are normally dispatched within the timeframe confirmed with your order, followed by the timeframe confirmed with your order for delivery in Slovenia. These are working-day estimates and may change for more complex material; we will inform you of significant delays.
Printed products are delivered to the address entered with the order. Printed delivery is currently available in Slovenia only.
7. Rights to your material and the finished work
You must have the rights or another valid legal basis to use the photographs, names, text and other material you supply. You must not infringe another person’s copyright, personality rights or other rights. We may refuse clearly unlawful, offensive or inappropriate requests.
Copyright in original CurioLuma elements remains with the provider. After payment, you receive the right to use the finished product privately. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement.
The portal’s text, identity, examples and software elements are protected. Copying, publication or commercial use without permission is not allowed except as permitted by law.
8. Withdrawal from the contract
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract. An exception may apply to printed goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. For services or digital content, the right may be lost only when the legal requirements are met, including prior express consent to begin during the withdrawal period and the required acknowledgement.
Without such express confirmation at the paid stage, your statutory withdrawal right is not restricted simply because the product is digital. You may send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to info@curioluma.com.
9. Conformity and complaints
If the product does not match what was agreed, notify us promptly and describe the problem. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights relating to lack of conformity. Depending on the problem, we will provide correction, repeat performance, a proportionate price reduction or another remedy required by law.
10. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to info@curioluma.com. We will acknowledge receipt and respond without unnecessary delay. Slovenian law applies, without affecting mandatory consumer protections.
The provider does not currently recognise an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body as competent to resolve disputes, except where the law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
The version you accept when submitting a request is recorded with it. New versions do not retrospectively change contracts already concluded.
12. External links and availability
We aim to provide accurate, accessible information. External services may have their own terms. Liability for temporary unavailability due to maintenance or events outside reasonable control is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
